Engine Cooling System Technology At the core of high performance engine cooling system is a tubular product that must be manufactured to the highest quality standards if high performance engines are to perform as designed.

Manufacturing Process Design / Capabilities
APQP, PPAP’s and Process Design and Development is carried out in a manner consistent with industry standards. We implement measures for the planning, control and the design and development of manufacturing processes, with the focus on error prevention.



Process Design Output
Measures are implemented to ensure that manufacturing process design output is verified against manufacturing process design input requirements and validated. Our manufacturing process design output includes documents such as:

Specifications and drawings; Manufacturing process flow charts/layouts; Manufacturing process FMEA’s; Machine FMEA’s Control plans; Work instructions; Process approval acceptance criteria; Data for quality, reliability, maintainability and measurability; Results of error-proofing activities, as appropriate, and; Methods of rapid detection and feedback of product/manufacturing process nonconformities.
