The equipment was designed and manufactured by a German Based Company to manufacture thin wall aluminium tubing for automotive radiators. The high-speed tube mill produces very high tolerance tubing at high levels of capability and repeatability. Th machine is fitted with and Eddy current tester to monitor the weld quality. The facility is linked to a defective tube reject device on the on-line high speed cutter.
